1. Who operates Ark Century
Ark Century is an independently operated internal project controlled by JIANYI ZHAN, China. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@arkcentury.top.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the public Ark Century website and the operator's internal advertising operations system. Ark Century is not offered to external customers and does not provide public account registration.
3. Information processed
For authorized advertising operations, Ark Century may process advertiser, campaign, product, SKU, and creative identifiers; names and status; budgets and delivery data; spend, GMV, SKU orders, cost per SKU order, click-through rate, conversion rate, and related performance signals; rule configuration, evaluations, recommendations, approvals, action outcomes, and audit events.
Authorization-related processing may include platform authorization identifiers, access and refresh tokens, short-lived state values, and security or error diagnostics.
4. Information not requested
Ark Century does not request TikTok account passwords or payment-card information. It does not intentionally collect unrelated personal profiles or data from advertising accounts not authorized to the operator.
5. Purposes
Information is used only to monitor authorized advertising activity, evaluate configured operational rules, prepare recommendations, obtain approvals, apply permitted actions, produce operator reports, maintain security, and support accountability.
6. Storage and recipients
Advertising operations data is limited to the operator-controlled local application and the operator-controlled Feishu workspace used for configured status, recommendations, approvals, and logs. The public website does not receive advertising credentials or advertising operations data.
7. Retention
The local runtime applies a 90-day maximum to advertising performance snapshots and runtime logs, and a 365-day maximum to local evaluations, approvals, action outcomes, and audit records. Authorization metadata marked expired or revoked is eligible for removal immediately; the associated Windows-protected credential is removed when the authorization is revoked, expires, or is no longer needed. Feishu operational copies are reviewed through the operator-controlled workspace lifecycle against a target maximum of 365 days while automated deletion is separately validated. 8. Public website data
The website does not use marketing pixels, advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or non-essential cookies. The hosting provider may process limited network and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
9. Deletion and revocation
To request deletion, email privacy@arkcentury.top with the authorized account identifier and requested scope. Do not send identity documents. Valid requests are completed within 30 days; residual backups may require up to 30 additional days where technically necessary. Platform authorization may also be revoked through the relevant platform controls.
10. Security
Ark Century separates the public website from the advertising runtime, limits permissions, protects local credentials with Windows security facilities, redacts sensitive values from logs, and maintains audit records for operational decisions.
11. Changes
Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. The policy will not claim protections or deletion behavior that are not implemented.
