Data deletion
A request should be simple, specific, and safe.
Deletion requests are handled directly by the operator. You do not need to send a password, access token, passport, national ID, or other identity document.

Describe the scope
Identify the authorized advertiser, store, campaign, product, creative, report, or operational record that should be deleted.

Send the request
Email privacy@arkcentury.top from an address the operator can reasonably associate with the authorization or account.

Receive acknowledgement
The operator will acknowledge the request and may ask for non-sensitive clarification about scope or authorization.

Deletion and record
Valid requests are completed within 30 days. A completion record is retained without preserving the deleted advertising data.
Residual backups
Some protected backups may take longer to age out.
Where technically necessary, encrypted residual backups may require up to 30 additional days to expire. They are not returned to active use except for disaster recovery or security obligations.
